Welcome to Cerella Pierre.

This website is operated by Valmont Global Pty Ltd, trading as Cerella Pierre, ABN 85 684 099 509. These terms explain the conditions that apply when using our website and purchasing from us.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Products and availability

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, measurements and availability information.

Colours may appear differently depending on your screen settings. Please refer to the product description and Size Guides when choosing your garment. This does not affect your rights if a product materially differs from its description.

Products and sizes are subject to availability.

Prices and payment

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars. We are currently not registered for GST and do not charge GST.

Delivery charges and any available delivery discounts are shown before you complete your purchase.

Prices may change for future purchases. A price change will not alter an order we have already accepted.

Payment must be completed using one of the methods available at checkout.

Placing an order

Please ensure your contact, delivery and order details are correct before submitting your purchase.

An order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. We accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation.

Before acceptance, we may be unable to fulfil an order because stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, there is a genuine pricing error or we reasonably suspect fraud. We will notify you and promptly refund any payment taken for an order we cannot fulfil.

If a pricing error affects your order, we will explain the error and let you choose whether to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact cerellapierre@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will try to assist, but changes may not be possible once an order has been packed or dispatched.

This does not affect any cancellation or other rights available under applicable law.

Delivery and returns

We currently deliver within Australia only.

Please read our Delivery page for shipping charges, dispatch times and estimated delivery timeframes.

We do not offer change-of-mind refunds. We offer eligible size exchanges requested within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions on our Returns page.

Our Returns page also explains how we handle faulty, damaged or incorrect items. The conditions for voluntary size exchanges do not restrict your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

The policies displayed when you place your order apply to that purchase, subject to your statutory rights.

Promotions

Any conditions applying to a promotion, including eligibility and expiry dates, will be stated with the offer.

Eligibility for free standard delivery or discounted express delivery is calculated using the order’s product value after discounts, excluding delivery charges.

Website content and use

Website content, including our branding, images, text and designs, belongs to Cerella Pierre or is used with permission.

You may browse and share links for personal use. You must not reproduce our content for commercial purposes without permission, misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its security.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Shopify services

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes personal information to provide its services, including checkout, payment processing, security and fraud prevention.

Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled for our store. Its enhanced services use information from your interactions with Cerella Pierre together with information from your interactions with other merchants and Shopify to support improvements, personalisation and advertising. Information is shared with Shopify and relevant third parties, which may be located outside Australia, to provide these services.

Shopify is responsible for its processing for these enhanced services. Read Shopify’s Consumer Privacy Policy and visit Shopify’s Privacy Portal for information about its practices and available privacy choices.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms apply to future orders and do not retrospectively change orders already accepted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live.
